Henrik J Henriksen

Henrik J. Henriksen is a Norway based director, food columnist, food photographer and restaurateur. Originally trained as a chef and with an ever growing passion for food, he also has more than 20 years of experience in filmmaking. Henrik has gained international recognition through New York Film Awards, Cresta and Webby among others for his appetizing work. Henrik is currently also the co-owner and creative manager of two restaurants in Oslo and has had the friday food column in Norways biggest newspaper, Aftenposten, for the last 8 years.
